If you have any questions or concerns regarding payment for our services, we’ll answer your questions below.

How does our payment system work?

If you haven’t used our service before, then you may have many questions surrounding how payment works. What if I book an appointment for a general check-up and my pet requires an additional procedure or medication? Will there be an additional charge or will it be included in the final bill?

Before you make a payment, our Vets on Call mobile app will clearly outline all costs involved so you can see exactly what you will be paying for.

But what about when you book an appointment with one of our vets? Is there a pre-authorisation process, or do you pay an upfront fee?

Our video below will explain everything you need to know about our payment process:

When looking after our pets, it’s only natural that we want to do  everything for them. Whatever the treatment is that your pet requires, our mobile app makes it easy to view all costs involved with a simple and convenient payment system.
